When you send a message through the Support Page form (Contact form) to MRE Journalism Contest, a.k.a. Military Reporters & Editors, Inc. (MRE) you understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Personal information and message
- You are voluntarily providing MRE with personal information including: your first name, last name, and email address. You may also choose to provide us the name of the media outlet or company with which you are affiliated, as well as a phone number.
- Your personal information is used by MRE to respond to your request for support and contact.
- Your contact details and message may be shared with those providing MRE website operational assistance and/or contest judges operating independently of MRE for the purpose of addressing your questions or concerns.
- Your personal information is not shared with anyone outside of the administration of the MRE Journalism Contest.
- MRE considers all personal information private and privileged.
- This data is retained only for as long as MRE deems necessary.
MRE takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of its website and data, but assumes no liability. By creating an account you acknowlede this limitation.
Your choice
